1. SERVICES

ALYGND offers professional organizing services, including but not limited to in-home organizing, laundry assistance, relocation support, and everyday errands. Full details are available on our website and are subject to change.

We reserve the right to accept or decline service requests based on project scope, availability, and safety.

2. BOOKING + PAYMENT

  • A 30-minute consultation is required for all new clients.

  • An estimate will be provided following consultation.

  • A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm booking.

  • Remaining balance is due at project completion unless otherwise noted.

  • Payments are accepted via approved digital methods only.

Missed consultations, delays in communication, or failure to pay may result in cancellation of services.

3.CANCELLATIONS + RESCHEDULING

We understand life happens. You may reschedule once with no penalty. Further changes will require a new consultation and deposit.

In rare cases, ALYGND may reschedule due to illness, emergencies, or safety concerns. If rescheduling cannot be accommodated, your deposit will be refunded.

4. CLIENT RESPONSIBLITIES

Clients are expected to:

  • Prepare the project space (remove personal valuables, restrict pets, and have necessary supplies available).

  • Be available for questions, purging support, or decision-making as needed during the session.

  • Notify us of allergies, access limitations, or other relevant factors prior to the scheduled session.

5. CONFIDENTIALITY + CONDUCT

We provide a judgment-free, confidential experience. Your personal information and home will be treated with the utmost respect.
We reserve the right to decline or discontinue service if conditions pose a safety concern or if conduct becomes inappropriate or abusive.

6. CONTENT USAGE

With your written or verbal consent, ALYGND may take anonymous before/after photos for marketing or portfolio purposes. No identifying information will be shared without explicit permission.

7. LIABILITY

ALYGND is not liable for:

  • Accidental loss or damage to personal items during organizing

  • Items discarded with client consent

  • Pre-existing damage, infestations, or structural issues

  • Client injury due to environmental hazards (e.g., sharp objects, mold)

Clients are advised to secure any fragile, valuable, or sensitive items in advance.

8. WEBSITE USE

All content on this website, including text, branding, graphics, and media, is the property of ALYGND and may not be copied, reused, or distributed without permission.

You agree not to misuse, hack, or disrupt the website or its services.

9. UPDATE OF TERMS

ALYGND may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with the revised effective date. Continued use of the site or services implies acceptance of updated terms.
